YogiSophies Kitchen ~ Blueberry Cacao Chai Smoothie

Happy Saturday folks!

I hope your weekend is a swell one. This is a work weekend for me, but next weekend Nolan and I are headed on down to Wilmington for a quick getaway to see some friends and possibly some apartments!

I am introducing a quick and easy smoothie that you (and the family!) can whip up and enjoy as a breakfast or healthy mid-day treat!

This smoothie is thick and creamy, with the warmth of chai spice, the crunch of cacao nibs, and the sweetness of blueberries. I am LOVIN it. I added some vanilla protein powder for the sake of it being my meal-replacement most mornings. You can always skip that if you prefer!

Blueberry Cacao Chai Smoothie

~1/2-3/4 cup Greek yogurt
~1 frozen banana
~1 cup blueberries
~1/4-1/2 cup apple cider or juice
~1-2 tsp chai mix (I love this one)
~1/2-whole scoop vanilla protein powder (this one has greens too!)
~sprinkle of organic cacao nibs

Add it all to the blender, and blend baby!

Top of with another sprinkle of cacao nibs and enjoy!
