About YogiSophie

My path into wellness began with a deep longing: to feel more connected—to myself, to my body, and to a dream life that felt meaningful and purposeful. Everything began to shift when I discovered yoga as a teenager. What started as a physical practice became the diving board into a deeper relationship with myself and eventually led me to become a yoga teacher at age eighteen.

Yet still, like many women, I spent years in my masculine energy despite my practices. I was aimlessly striving, people-pleasing, and chasing a version of success I couldn’t clearly define. Along the way, I realized I was constantly disconnected from my own needs, creativity, and inner wisdom. I was always “on,” bordering burnout, and I couldn’t understand why.

How magical it is, that upon asking the question, the teacher is revealed.

Over the years, my passion for healing expanded into nutrition, herbalism, and holistic health, ultimately leading me to complete a 300-hour certification as an Ayurvedic Health Coach through the Shakti School with Katie Silcox in 2020. Today, Feminine-Form Ayurveda serves as the foundation of my work, helping women understand their unique constitutions and create sustainable, nourishing lives that support both body and spirit.

My approach is also informed by German New Medicine, incorporating the biological perspective of nature, and is rooted in a deep devotion to Shakti—the feminine creative force of the universe expressed through creativity, intuition, and cyclical living, to name a few traits. I believe healing begins when we learn to listen to and honor ourselves, body mind and spirit.

Motherhood became another profound teacher on this path. After experiencing periods of losing touch with my own needs and identity, I recommitted myself to living in relationship with Shakti, allowing that journey to deepen both my personal practice, my relationships with my family, and my work with women.

I am the founder of YogiSophie, a coaching practice dedicated to helping women soften where they no longer need to be hard. With an Ayurvedic lens, nervous system nourishment, creative practice, and self-inquiry, I help women reconnect with their natural rhythms, creative force, and sense of self.

Today, alongside coaching, I lead Shakti yoga and ceremonies, and will be expanding into women’s retreats. I am also the founder of Shakti Sourdough, a microbakery inspired by my love of food, nourishment, and the rhythms of intentional living while centering my family. Aligned, I beleive we have all the power we require to create lives that feel deeply aligned, vibrant, and true.

I look forward to supporting you to wholeness.
