Join YogiSophie in a monthly Medicine Circle, a place to share our path of sovereign healing while we learn to connect the dots between our physical, emotional, mental & spiritual expressions, while receiving supportive feedback in a group setting.

Sophie’s goal is to create a ceremonial place of reflection that helps you to empower yourself in healing as our lessons in life unfold. She uses the lens of Ayurveda & Yogic philosophy, German New Medicine, Masculine & Feminine polarity work, in addition to intuitive guidance as pathways to see deeper into ourselves.

Shakti Flow & Ceremony – A Special Offering!

You all know Shakti Flow by now (or if you don’t, get your hot booty in class love!)
If you are a woman seeking to activate her creativity, harness her regenerative powers and find more freedom in expression, then join us in Shakti Flow, where we practice connecting to the Primordial Feminine energy dwelling within the lower chakras.

We begin in circle, answering prompts for self-study regarding your feminine spirit. With the support of music meant to make you dance & feel, we are guided into a slow moving space of exploration of the body, leading into a deeper space of bigger expression and intuitive movement, all while down-regulating the female nervous system. We close with lots of juicy hip openers and a long savasana with optional hand-on assists.

Ceremony to follow with Shakti-infused treats & tea to help seal in the intentions for our practice as we move off the yoga mat & into the world.

Class is $30

I am thrilled to share this as the new lead for the Essential Wellness Societies Kid-Friendly Networking Meeting! Please pass this to parents who are professionals in holistic fields that are also raising littles that need some flexibility with networking.

Join us with our littles to collaborate and network with each other! Together we will learn about each other & our offerings, the society, what we are planning and how to be a part of it!
